Why smokers should quit smoking

Every day, thousands of people die of diseases caused by smoking. So, why don’t we quit smoking? Here we have some facts:
  • Twenty minutes after smoking your heartbeat and blood pressure become normal;
  • After eight hours, the amount of nicotine and carbon monoxide is reduced with 50 percent. The amount oxygen in the blood is normal again;
  • After two days there is no more nicotine in your body;
  • Your blood circulation will be improved within two to twelve weeks;
  • The chance of a heart attack will be reduced after one day, and after one year the chance of a heart attack will be reduced by 50 percent;
  • After one day there is no more carbon monoxide in your body;
  • After a few days it is easier to breathe;
  • Between three and nine months coughing will disappear.
And, last but not least, it will save you a lot of money.
